Rejected “Real Housewives” member and patron saint of poor life choices Imarra stumbled, newly hatched, onto the Toronto Drag scene in 2014 taking home that year’s title of Crews and Tangos Drag Race winner. Since then she’s learned how to paint her face, built up a formidable collection of dad jokes, and worked her way up to a weekly show in the village and winning the inaugural Empire’s Ball with She-Nanigans. A trained dancer, makeup artist, and all over theatre nerd, she pulls inspiration for her drag from Old Hollywood, burlesque, the fashion world, and the dark meme-filled corners of the internet. You can catch her every Thursday at Crews, and twirling around the village very seriously not taking herself seriously.
